Join us and expect a steep and exciting learning curve as you work on real, live projects, which could be anything depending on your background, skills and career intentions. While you’re with us you’ll be treated as one of the team and invited to agency meetings and social events. Several of our permanent staff started off as interns – we think we’re lucky to have them.

As innovators we need to continually surf the crest of that ‘future’ wave knowing which to watch and which to chase is a critical part to our business, as such our team are constantly searching out, learning about and attending where possible everything currently cool and everything looking like it’s going to be cool.
In order for us to offer the very best advice and service to our clients we need to keep our knowledge and skills cutting edge, as such every month we meet with inspirational industry leaders and shapers to talk to and teach us. We don’t believe in training for the sake of training but we do encourage personal development and therefore seek out and support our teams do this.
A healthy mind is critical so at egg we defend ours rigorously, this means being actively mindful with our ‘Anti-burnout programme’ which provides our team access to everything health and wellbeing with an annual cash allowance but also includes a personal allowance of chill-out days, family days, duvet days and hang-over days.
Life is for living. Everyone at egg generally buzzes off of the exciting and creative work we embark on and we agree that work doesn’t feel like work if you enjoy it, however, all work and no play is not something we advocate, as such we promote play (but don’t enforce it) in the form of regular social events
Our people are the most important thing to us so we never miss a birthday, an anniversary, a promotion, a new business win, a finished project, an award nomination or an award win. We also don’t let great work during the year go unrecognised, instead our most impressive team member as voted for the whole company gets to enjoy the ‘Holiday of a lifetime’ chosen and designed by them.
Charity starts at home, so at egg we try to give back where ever possible through our egg-celerator programme, our mentoring programme, our annual guerrilla clean-up and we also close our doors one day a year to all give up our day to volunteer for any charitable cause of our choosing in our local community.
